About the Position: This position is located at the Bayne-Jones Army Community Hospital within Fort Polk, Louisiana. This Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation is utilized to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes. Relocation incentive may be authorized.
- Prepare reports using spreadsheets, slides, and word processing programs.
- Research new training techniques and implement new programs as necessary.
- Assist with lesson plans for new and recurrent programs.
- Develop resuscitation training to all hospital staff.
- Oversee instructors to ensure they maintain certification.
