The Michigan Civil Service Commission is looking for a motivated individual who is organized, has exemplary analytical and problem-solving skills, and is interested in working in a fast-paced Human Resources environment. This position will serve as a Human Resources Analyst performing a full range of duties servicing the Department of Corrections handling workers compensation and medical leaves.   

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A strong understanding of the Family and Medical Leave Act.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and apply policies, rules, regulations, the Family and Medical Leave Act Guidelines, and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
