About the Position: Serves as a Supervisory HR Specialist for Human Resources Command (HRC), Force Shaping Directorate (FSD) located at Fort Knox, KY.
- Directs the compilation, validation, and analysis of complex personnel data, including projected strength, gains and losses, and promotions.
- Serves as a Supervisor Human Resources (HR) Specialist (Military), with responsibility for providing technical advice and guidance regarding a wide variety of Military HR Programs.
- Research and analyze historical data to formulate recommendations for enhancing operational effectiveness and action processing.
- Directs the selection and appointment process for new hires, makes promotion recommendations, and champions professional development
- Establishes protocols for data accuracy, directing adjustments to source systems like the Recruit Quota System (REQUEST) and the Army Training Resources System (ATRRS).
