This role provides executive oversight of all human resources functions, including employee relations, labor/union relations, recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, workers’ compensation, and compliance with EEO, ADA, and FMLA requirements. The position also oversees the Facilities function to ensure alignment between workforce planning, workplace environment, and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is an executive-level HR leader with a proven track record of building and leading high-functioning HR organizations in complex, public-sector, or similarly regulated environments.
This individual operates as a true business partner to executive leadership—capable of diagnosing organizational issues, holding leaders and assigned staff accountable, and driving measurable outcomes.
They are comfortable making difficult decisions, addressing performance issues head-on, and navigating ambiguity with confidence and sound judgment.
