The position supports multiple human resources functional areas, including staffing and recruitment, organization and position management, performance management, compensation and benefits, and human capital programs.

  • Provides human resources services and advisory support in multiple functional areas, including staffing and recruitment, organization and position management, performance management, compensation and benefits, and related human capital programs
  • Advises managers on recruitment and staffing strategies and prepares recruitment materials, including vacancy announcement content, duties, specialized experience, assessment questions, and other documentation required to support hiring actions
  • Reviews and supports organization and position management actions, including position descriptions and classification requests, and works with managers and classification specialists to ensure requests are appropriately documented
  • Supports Civil Service and Foreign Service performance management programs by advising managers on performance requirements and appraisal processes and reviewing performance documentation for compliance with applicable requirements
  • Interprets and applies human resources policies, regulations, and procedures and coordinates with Department and Intelligence Community stakeholders on human capital programs and issues
