You will serve as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Employee & Labor Relations) with the Office of Human Capital, OHC Operations Division, Employee and Labor Relations Branch.

• You will serve as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Employee & Labor Relations) with the Office of Human Capital, OHC Operations Division, Employee and Labor Relations Branch. Some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following: Supervises and directs staff, establishes priorities, assigns work, evaluates performance, and supports employee development. Provides guidance to managers and supervisors on complex employee relations matters involving performance, conduct, discipline, and adverse actions. Reviews and develops employee relations case strategies and documentation to ensure consistency with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Provides guidance on grievances, collective bargaining agreement provisions, and other labor-management matters, as needed. Develops guidance and training, identifies trends and recurring issues, and supports improvements in ER/LR program delivery. Salary Range Information (Per Annum) GS-13: Albuquerque, NM: $107,592 - $138,871 per annum Atlanta, GA: $112,556 - $146,325 per annum Billings, MT; Boise, ID; Salt Lake City, UT: $106,437 - $138,370 per annum Boulder City, NV: $108,719 - $141,337 per annum Lakewood, CO: $118,675 - $154,280 per annum Sacramento, CA: $117,984 - $153,382 per annum Washington D.C.: $121,785 - $158,322 per annum *First time hires to the federal government typically start at the beginning salary in the range for their respective grade level.
