• As a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Employee Benefits), at the full performance level, you will perform the following duties Serve as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist of the Benefit and Retirement Unit Responsible for administering the HROCs retirement programs and benefits Plan and schedule work to be accomplished by subordinates Develop goals and objectives that integrate organizational and strategic HR objectives Formulate strategic plans for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of benefits and retirement programs Salary: The salary range indicated in this announcement reflects the lowest and highest potential salaries for this position.
