About the Position: This position supports the NCR Network Office located at 6000 MacArthur Blvd in Bethesda, MD.
- Exercise a broad managerial authority for administering, planning, developing, and directing military and civilian personnel and manpower management programs.
- Develops and implements policies, regulations, and procedures for a comprehensive civilian and military personnel and manpower management program.
- Ensures determinations and decisions concerns personnel/manpower management policies and courses of action are consistent with laws and regulations.
- Assesses impact on the workforce in terms of morale, welfare, productivity and ensure finding are considered in the command's decision making processes.
- Assures effective program execution through discussions with command and installation officials.
