- Serves as an expert senior management consultant and advisor to Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) executives and senior support officials regarding a full array of special programs, initiatives and studies.
- Provides advice and guidance to managers and supervisors; exercises an expert level of knowledge and skill in applying civilian HR methods, principles, practices and evaluative methodologies sufficient to advise on and/or resolve issues.
- Manages analytical and evaluative work in support of Human Capital civilian hiring processes, awards, workforce goals, policies, plans and procedures.
- Participates in the development of human capital strategic plans, program evaluation metrics, and implementation strategies and orders.
- Determines areas of procedural and regulatory deficiencies and provides recommendations to correct or improve personnel practices.
