About the Position: Position is responsible for providing technical advice and guidance regarding a wide variety of Military HR ProgramsPosition is located at Human Resources Command (HRC), Force Shaping Directorate (FSD), at Fort Knox, Kentucky.
- Oversee the execution and implementation of the Department of Army policy on MOS reclassification programs.
- Coordinates MOS alignment actions with Professional Development Noncommissioned Officer (PDNCO) and monitors the progress of these actions.
- Supervises Reclassification Managers and exercises complete authority to plan, guide and direct overall assignment actions meeting goals, objectives, priorities, IAW manning guidance
- Analyzes and outlines existing policies and procedures, and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of the programs to be managed and/or used by various agencies.
- Establishes performance standards and evaluates subordinates work efforts.
