Oversee all aspects of the SUD Waiver, including federal reporting to CMS and other assigned behavioral health programs.
Monitor the delivery of services to members.
Oversee an annual budget.
Research, develop, and/or implement program policy and procedures.
Provide daily policy clarification and guidance to Medicaid Managed Care Organizations.
Collaborate with other state agencies, vendors, and advocacy groups.
Create state policy and reporting requirements in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations.
Assist in the development of contracts to procure program services within federal guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience: Three years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid professional experience in the area of assignment, one year of which must have been in a program administration capacity.Substitution: Post-graduate training in the area of assignment may substitute through an established formula for the non-supervisory experience.
