About the Position: Serves as a senior HR Specialist performing operational assignments in CHRA. CHRA is responsible for operational HR effectiveness worldwide to include establishing and maintaining standards and measurements, total quality management, organizational development and workforce utilization for the Army's delivery of civilian personnel administrative services.
- Advise managers or employees on policy changes that affect recruit and/or pay processes.
- Execute all appropriate steps and procedures to properly process personnel actions in accordance with the Guide to Processing Personnel Actions.
- Investigate and respond to a variety of routine and complex written inquiries regarding recruitment production.
- Perform audits on completed civilian personnel actions to identify the source of errors.
- Advise hiring managers regarding recruitment strategies for attracting the best qualified candidates.
