- Serves as the Lead Education, Development, Guidance and Engagement (EDGE) Specialist and provides technical leadership for agency workforce development initiatives
- Leads a team of Human Resources Specialists by assigning and coordinating work, monitoring progress, and providing guidance on program execution
- Plans, administers, and evaluates agency-wide learning, development, and engagement programs in support of organizational objectives
- Oversees delivery of EDGE services, systems, tools, and processes, while managing professional development activities and externally provided learning opportunities in accordance with applicable policies
- Advises leadership, managers, and other stakeholders on workforce development programs, services, resource management, and organizational needs
