- Performs duties which provide full range of Federal Civilian Recruitment and Placement services to customer offices.
- Provides comprehensive staffing and placement services to assigned organizations.
- Analyzes complex recruitment actions, troubleshooting and resolving the most difficult and complex problems associated with recruitment and placement.
- Facilitates mandatory placement programs to include priority placement program (PPP), Reemployment Priority List (RPL) program, interagency career transition assistance plan (ICTAP), and the agency career transition assistance plan (CTAP).
- Processes a full range of official personnel actions for organizations services using an automated system.
