As a Human Resources Specialist at the GS-0201-14, you will be part of the Recruitment and Executive Resources Division, Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. If selected, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership by establishing standard operating policy and procedures to guide the recruitment and executive personnel system for the agency.
- Develops and implements recruitment and executive personnel policies and standard operating procedures for agency-wide use.
- Leads team coordination, coaching, and process improvements to enhance human resources (HR) service delivery.
- Analyzes recruitment data, identify program issues, and prepare reports with recommendations.
- Delivers and coordinates training for HR staff, supervisors, and managers on personnel topics.
- Provides expert advice to leadership on HR laws, regulations, policies, and proposed legislation.
